Wood is a natural material and will vary in color, grain, and tone from piece to piece and between production runs. Panels of different lengths or batches may not be an exact color match. For best results, we recommend ordering all panels for your project at the same time to ensure the most consistent appearance.

How Fast Do We Ship: Orders usually leave our warehouse within 2–5 business days. Most customers receive their flooring within 5 business days after shipment.

Return Policy:
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged cartons within 30 days of delivery (5-carton minimum). A 25% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.

Exceptions:

• No returns on opened boxes, clearance items, or special orders
• Exchanges allowed within 30 days on eligible HB-brand flooring

All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number
