Shipping Fee: Shipping rates vary by order size. Orders of 4 or more boxes of tambour or acoustic slat walling panels and shipping is on us.

Most accent walls require 2–4 boxes. Ordering 4+ boxes will avoid shipping charges.

How Fast Do We Ship: Orders typically a our warehouse within 2–4 business days. 

Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. A return request must be submitted within this 30-day period. 

Conditions: Returns or exchanges are not permitted on opened boxes, final sales, custom orders, or clearance items. The product must be in its original condition and have been properly stored. Repackaged products will not be accepted. Installed. 

Products: Installed products are considered accepted by the purchaser and may not be exchanged or returned for any reason. Shipping
