Return Policy:
We accept returns on unopened, undamaged cartons within 30 days of delivery (5-carton minimum). A 25% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.

- No returns on opened boxes, clearance items, or special orders
- Exchanges allowed within 30 days on eligible HB-brand flooring
