How Fast Do We Ship: Orders usually leave our warehouse within 2β5 business days. Most customers receive their flooring within 5 business days after shipment.
Return Policy: We accept returns on unopened, undamaged cartons within 30 days of delivery (5-carton minimum). A 25% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is the customerβs responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.
Exceptions:
No returns on opened boxes, clearance items, or special orders
Exchanges allowed within 30 days on eligible HB-brand flooring
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number
